Make your berry smoothie at home.


Ingredients

1½ cups frozen mixed berries

½ medium frozen banana

¼ cup low fat plain Yogurt1

½ cups low fat milk (1%)

½ cupice cubes1 packet Carnation Breakfast Essentials® Original Nutritional Drink Mix (Classic French Vanilla flavor)


Directions

  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender until smooth.

  2. Serve immediately.
