Healthy Breakfast Smoothie Bowl

Berries, yogurt and other toppings combine for a healthy, plant-based breakfast that will start your day right. Learn how to make a smoothie bowl today!


1 frozen banana, sliced, plus fresh banana slices to top

4 - 5 fresh strawberries, plus more to top

1/2 cup blueberries, fresh or frozen, plus more to top

3/4 cup milk or non-dairy milk

1 scoop protein powder (optional)

Toppings such as shredded coconut, chia seeds, fresh fruit, granola, etc.


  1. In a blender, combine all ingredients except toppings and puree until no chunks remain.

  2. Pour into a bowl and top with fresh fruit, coconut, and chia seeds, or your favorite additives.

  3. Enjoy cold.
